Darrell Balkwill -- Whitecap Development Corporation
Darrell is the Director of Economic Development for the Whitecap Dakota First Nation, and Chief Executive Officer of the Whitecap Development Corporation. In 1986, Darrell began employment with the Saskatoon Tribal Council as their Economic Development Officer. He worked with the seven member First Nations for 16 years assisting in the establishment of community economic development programming, planning and project development. For the last 7 years he has worked with Whitecap Dakota First Nation in developing and implementing a sustainable community economic strategy.
