Some basic martial arts based exercises. This tutorial/example focuses on upper body plyometrics for hand speed, power, and precision. The resistance harness increases speed, and power, and always remember to do a light stretch before, and a longer stretch after your workout.

  • You look very fit, however as far as bare knuckle fist conditioning goes I don't see much. Check out my videos on the subject. Again you do appear to be in excellent shape. I give credit where it's due . No insult intended . Peace
