This is an Example of a routine you should be able to perform after about 6-10 polercise classes. Please Note, no spinning poles are used in my videos/classes.

  • YAY! I've done about 6 classes now, and I know ALL those moves! :D this makes me incredibly happy

  • @peasoupman well done you! Keep it up! :) x

  • Hey I just started with some classes and i would like to know if this makes you loose weight because i really want to, and in how much time?

  • @maytepretty Yes it does... in about a month you will notice a difference, then it will progress! Dont give up, you'll get there! :) xxx

  • I'm kindda disappointed in that video,.. I'm a beginner pole dancer. She's done only a couple of moves that I have learned... like the fireman.. She was dancing, not pole dancing... She was dancing around, undulated her body against the pole and the floor... I'm at my second class.. and I've learned : Fireman, Martini, Back and front Hook, Sunwheel, the crab and the 360 so far. still 4 classes to go in the beginner course. This was not representative.

  • @klarine90 Thank you Froggymicwop! All classes are different and yes I teach a lot more than that in the beginner section, around 20 different moves and spins, but this video is just an example of the kind of things people would learn,.. i dont want to scare people off before they try! lol. :) x

  • @bethieboo100 the x pole

  • You're doing a great job, but slow it down a little...

  • My main aim with the pole dancing is to lose weight and tone up, but most of all just have fun, there are so many different pole types, and i want one installed in my home, just wondering which you think would be best for me?x

  • As well, you cannot forget there are various routines out there for beginners. I'm sure not every single move learned can be incorporated into a single dance routine. I'm doing pole dance classes as well, and knowing a wide variety of moves all incorporated in different routines is a lot more fun I find!

I've gotta say, this girl was very nice to watch. True dedication and practice was very representative, and that's most impressive.

  • @RonQE 'Hooker heels'? I dance both barefoot & in heels and I even considered dancing in my skate shoes for a hip hop style pole routine. Whatever looks better is what the dancer/performer feels confortable in. Calling them 'hooker heels' may scare people away from trying heels! Personally I find dancing in my shoes rescues the skin on my feet and also helps improve my posture! I have also tried dancing in regular high heels and they just aren't right! 'Hooker heels' are ideal and mine are sick!

  • Great job

  • She's hot, looks great while dancing, still is a bit awkward when she shakes her hips though. :p

  • @HidingInDarkness I think the problem is, that there is no real dance element to this video. It should be structured and fluid. No jumping and flailing around. I think the dancer in the video could benefit from trying different forms of dance. Knowledge from other dance methods can really build upon each other for a beautiful and polished look, on or off the pole.
