If you read the words of this talk, you will recall that he spoke of 7 years of plenty... i find it interesting that it was the latter part of 2008 when the US economy started to come apart. (2001 +7). His counsel in the face of such a problem here is to be financially wise + to keep the commandments. Sounds pretty self-explanatory to me. God is at the helm of the church...

@TheNihipali5 You obviously dont know your own churches history. I grew up in the church and have done alot of research, thats why I left. " I dont need to give you a lesson here". In my opinion, all Churches are the True church so long as they strictly keep the Commandments and follow The Word of God. They are numbered among the Church of the Lamb and not the great abominable Church who's founder is the devil. The LDS Church is True too, however they have all the keys to the priesthood and The Spirit of Revelation

@zatokk ur n idiot... might wanna check ur NON mormon references again... Joe Smith died in the jail by a mob of haters who didnt like HIM (joe smith) as a person and didnt like what he was doing. @GearHead458 I hate to break this to you, but Joseph Smith was not willing to die for what he was teaching. He never thought he was going to die in Carthage. Evidence shows that he was a fraud and a coward. Good day.
