Good point, they look bright enough at night, less blinding.... but how do they look at daytime.

LED are simply not bright enough. I have error free CANBUS 27 LED indicators and in daylight its not very bright and almost dangerous... other road users may not realise you are indicating.

Wer can I get this from mate? Thanks

Left is a regular bulb while the right is with LED

What is the LED wattage, or number of LED inside?

@pangcp77 Jeez, I can't remember fella, I loaded this 3 years ago. I think there would have been about 12 LEDs on the cluster, replacing a 21w filament bulb. I don't know the current draw of the LEDs.

how come the regular bulb is brighter than the led? leds are supposed to be brighter
artace1987 1 year ago
@artace1987 They don't tend to be brighter unless you use something like Luxeon or similar. Although LEDs are efficient for their light output its hard to match them to a small filament bulb unless you start spending proper money, certainly more money than these little LED bulbs cost.
