Pat, thank you so much for posting these videos! Great information and from what I know - the body processes are exactly like you describe them. Also, you mention another site with information videos; could you please include the address of this site in your comments?
God bless you for your generosity!

Mr. Lowry, what isn't explained is the question of duration. Is ADF meant to be practiced as needed for weight loss or is it supposed to be a lifetime practice?

could you make an update video. its already 2 years ago you posted your vedieos.

Wonderful videos. You're so devoted I was waiting for you to sell me something. Regardless, I'm sold on the idea. Starting out with twice weekly for now. Can you go into what got you started initially? You mentioned weightloss goals - please share your experience if you don't mind. Thanks.

oh GOD!!! chemo is poison and kills the immune system, dude!! do not promote chemo. everyone who does chemo dies faster of chemo then cancer gone untreated.

@Sourpusscandy I'm sorry you took offense, I just meant to be talking about ADF's benefits. Certainly preventing cancer with ADF, exercise and a diet high on raw or lightly cooked vegetables and low on simple carbs would be much preferable.

thanks for the comments. I became interested because of a study that showed rats fed every other day lived 30% longer. The more I looked into it the better it looked. Now almost 7 years and still love it. Still have not had a cold or any illness since starting it.

Great! Thanks for the post. Remeber the first 2 weeks are the hardest. Then it gets a little easier.
