I used to think that this was one of my favorite originals, that it really meant something to me. Even though I don't feel the same towards the person who inspired this, and my heart has moved on to someone else, I still have my connection to this song, even if I recorded it poorly. It still has a part of me just for having existed. It's funny, how you think your heart will never change and then it just does without your consent. I'm glad mine did.
