my tunes sound nice as soon as i put them on youtube they sound a bit different and a bit weird on low frequencies will this help

Video Format: mp4
Resolution: 1280x720
Bitrate: 2048
Audio Format: aac
Bitrate: 192
That is what I recommend, you can lower the bitrate to get a higher compression but the quality will be reduced!

Oh okay's, Thanks for the info.

damn this guys a genius. But for music videos, what about sound ?
CROWPARTY 7 months ago
@CROWPARTY you can put in audio up to whatever bitrate you desire. with space and internet speeds increasing, do whatever you like. going above 192kbps is overkill in my opinion especially when thinking about where these videos are being played back. obviously for TV broadcast uncompressed audio is the only way to go.

err, dose this make that so the sound quality sound better?
TSDREX 2 years ago
@TSDREX the quality of your sound is only as good as when it was captured. no program can truly make the sound quality better. The settings that I provide in this video (but also in the NEW VIDEO) are good enough for YouTube, as their compression destroys the quality of the sound anyways to save on space.

Thanks for the helpful tutorial. I'm curious: Youtube recommends mpeg4 - do you find using QT works better for Youtube?

h.264 (quicktime) and mpeg4 are basically the same in quality. I think they may actually be the same thing, but i'm not completely sure. it's all about naming things.
