@biggi19902000 Yes, thank you. I knew I'd heard extra lyrics at the end in an earlier version of this song. I can understand why he left them out in the later versions, but either way, it's a beautiful song. There's also another live version that I've seen where he introduces the song and talks about how he first met Ron Kovic, the Vietnam vet who wrote the book "Born on the Fourth of July" and inspired this song.
