  • Great news! I commented on your older post when i came across it a while back. I'm curious if your daily diet includes blueberries with your yogurt or whey? Do you make shakes or just mix the whey with water? Research blueberries and probiotics to see new research.

  • @skiguy62 Hey I just eat plain vanilla yogurt. I mix my whey in plain cold water. Thanks

  • Thanks for that video!!! I really love food but it seem like every month I had a different food I had to stop eating because my stomack couldn't take it.. I was taking Advils for a back problem too and heard that it wasn't good for your stomack.. So I stop taking Advils and saw your video and tried the whey protein and now I can eat the food that I used to love again!! :) Now I just need to gain about 20 lbs :) Thanks again, I'm a happy man now

  • @Slyomax OUTSTANDING!!! I'm so glad to keep hearing about these success stories in both this video as well as my first video!!!!

  • @zrunner240Z Could I just ask what times of the day you took protein powder??

  • @Rabidwolverine3 Hey I take my first scoop everyday about 30 minutes after getting up. I tak

e my 2nd scoop around 3 pm everyday.

  • Mr dr think i have IBS, but it was most likely caused by the whey protein itself which i have been taking for 6 years. Never had any problem during those years until one day when my stomach said no to it. I can´t take any whey protein shake without experiencing some side-effects like bloating, cramps etc. Milk and whey isn´t normally good for a person who has problem with their stomach. But, we´re all different. Glad it helps for you.

  • @Rabidwolverine3 No more painful cramps and explosive diarhea. Only time stomach rumbles is when I''m really really hungry !

  • @zrunner240Z Do you still have any effects of IBS such as stomach rumbling?

  • @Rabidwolverine3 If you take it twice a day like I do then you may be beat IBS as I have done. Not all remedies work on all people. Its a nurtritional supplement so if it turns out it doesn't help you then you still have improved your diet for a few weeks. It takes 2 weeks to notice a difference. I'd suggest you also eat a cup of yogurt per day as well
