I never lumped anyone together. You are by stating that fraud and such are 'white folk crimes'. you would also be foolish to think that fraud and embezzlement are strictly 'white folk crimes'. many poorer countries are not able to get on their feet because their governments are embezzling. Fraud and embezzlement happens in EVERY country.

they sell bad equity to there shell companies.... the banks that caused this recession sold bad securities in financial instruments to us via freddie and fannie and through other venues... Enron Execs go to jail. Big banks get bailed out... Makes Sense .. right?
