It happened to me last week during my Calc exam. It growled twice. I tried to cover it with a cough, but I knew the girl sitting behind me heard it. T__T

aha My school starts at 7:30.so i dont usually eat before school cause i dont like eating as soon as i get up, so all the time my stomach growls.usully no one hears it(:that's good.i usually do eat on test days so that doesnt happen but during finals week, the last day i wasnt able to get anything, about halfway through the test i started to feel it in my stomach like you said and i did like the same exact thing to try and stop it XP, didnt work.and it kept growling like the whole time.very loud

My stomach was making such loud noises today too! But it makes noises even when I'm not hungry :/ it's very embarrassing!

I had something similar, but just in class. Total silence and then my phone would not stop vibrating and you could hear it. The teacher was even like, "Sounds like someone has a text message..."
But don't worry about it! I'm totally proud of you for having a Doctor Who ringtone!
Now I want one! :)
