Each workout includes freestyle, backstroke and kicking drills. Natalie's cues are golden in creating a more efficient stroke, kick and efficiency in the water. The champion guides you through each body part guarantees that your body is reshaping with every stroke. Get lean with Natalie! All levels welcome!!

  • she's AMAZING!

  • Cool, picked up some great tips there. Especially the "try not to turn your head - use your body roll" one for front crawl; I've been getting a cramp in my neck and shoulder muscles on the side I turn to breathe - obviously I'm not rolling my torso properly!

  • I can't believe the speed she is getting !

  • @GMZTORP Thanks I think I had that as a kid.

  • @rickierich1 apart, because if they'together you'll put too much pressure on the shoulder joints...And if you swim for a long period of time you will feel the pain and possibly injury your shoulder with a common injury between swiimerds called "the swimmer shoulder"

  • what's the name of the song?

  • @rickierich1 together. they are there to cup the water and pull you along. so keep them together.

  • I'm so excited! I finally get to go back to practice after a 5 week break today! :D

  • @rickierich1 Its not really something you wanna be thinking about to much, like for me, my fingers are spread apart slightly.

  • She makes it all look so easy, she makes you want to look just like her in the water
