@rickierich1 apart, because if they'together you'll put too much pressure on the shoulder joints...And if you swim for a long period of time you will feel the pain and possibly injury your shoulder with a common injury between swiimerds called "the swimmer shoulder"

i have a slow pull on free and back but i have a really strong kick but when i start pulling fast i slow down ... what should i do ? what ype of drill should i do?

Cool, picked up some great tips there. Especially the "try not to turn your head - use your body roll" one for front crawl; I've been getting a cramp in my neck and shoulder muscles on the side I turn to breathe - obviously I'm not rolling my torso properly!
