    Funny question. If you were eating only yourself and no other food then you would lose weight. The mass that you consume from your own body would leave the body as exhaled CO2 and feces gradually over time.

    Its impossible to eat yourself completely, as you would die, but if you ate a bit of yourself(not enough to die) i would assume you would gain weight like any food and some of it would become waste. so if you could eat yourself completely you would probably gain weight but not get twice as big.
