  • Very good pattern. I like all of the Norway stuff on here. My only little criticism is that he doesn't look where he is executing his reverse side kick or his back fist. I'm TAGB and we're told to sight all of our techniques but I've noticed a lot of people don't (particularly ITF).

  • 0:24 i'm 1st degree, and i was taught that your shdn't touch ur knee when you perform that movement, because its impossible to completely crush a head flat like that, so you should leave some space between your hands and the knee.
