Cats and the hexbug nano

Our Bengal and Maine Coon playing with the Hexbug Nano.

Putting the Hexbug nano into the "holey box" had the best results. The Bengal will come up to me now and grab me and pester me until I get the bugs out for her to play with. She's currently obsessed with it (she's meowing at me now as I'm uploading the video)

This thing is not intended as a cat toy and I wouldn't let my cats p;lay with it without supervision, but after letting them play with the first one, we had such good results that we went out and got another!

@ferfer871 You are correct! We do not let her play with this without supervision because she does try to eat it once she catches it. The vibration seems to bother her when she bites it, but it doesn't stop her from trying to kill it, so we do take it away from her when she tries to chomp it..  :-)

yea,, we let them play with them for 15-20min then put it away,, to keep toy fresh for them.. ,, the wooden toy is great for it as well as the circular ball track..
