  • Nice video. Have you considered placing both trays in the oven at same time?

  • @HunterMann - it works better if you have the direct heat blast of the broiler but it might be worth trying anyway. They need to actually be blacker than what is shown here, but down quickly so as not to cook the flesh til it falls apart

  • @killuminati63 - I do not have a video of my sauce but if you punch through to my website you will see my recipe there and some pics. Just search on "sauce". I'll make a video this fall when I make my next batch.

  • I agree, tactile interface is the way to go

  • Rotate your tray in the oven to cook the peppers evenly

  • lay a towel underneath your cutting board to keep it from slipping

  • I'm just about to do some peppers myself. Thanks for the tip.
