Tasmanian musician, Dr Andrew Legg, is best known for his work in gospel, soul and jazz music, having established an international reputation performing with some of the most respected gospel choirs and artists in the USA including Myron Butler, Kirk Franklin, Dr Horace Boyer, Marvin Weatherford and Xanielle Davis.

He is the director of the ARIA award-nominated Southern Gospel Choir which he oversees through the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music.

Trained as a classical pianist, composer and teacher, Dr Legg is also Head of Contemporary Music at the Conservatorium.
