Gorgeous bike! Those wheels look like "Dymag" wheels. You say they're "Sword"? Interesting. I'd love to see a build thread for it, maybe on one of the forums I belong to, such as SOHC4 or Cb1100F.net, but I'm willing to join up anywhere to see more details on how you've built it! Wonderful details. I'd love to know more about the tires as well, since I'm putting similar sized rims on my CB750F, and am hung up over a 4.25" or 4.50" rear rim for my wire spoked hubs. What size of tires? 150? 160?.

la moto l'hai fatta proprio bella, ma scusa se mi permetto io avrei montato una marmitta meno moderna.

I've gone through a 750E, 850G, 1100E (!) and 1100G - never had a GS1000.
I want this one...
Hi can you tell me if the forks were an easy fit into the existing triple trees or was modification required, also was the swingarm a straight swop and have you moved the top rear shock mounts

It was begun to shave a triple tree and it was made. The quality of the material is duralumin A2017. Although it was the standard size of GS1000, offset was 35mm from 50mm. Since the front wheel was 18 inches, it is for securing a trail. A reason is right. A front fork is a standard part of 1994 model GSX1100S. Since slide Bush enters up and down, it moves smoothly. Since slide Bush enters only one downward, the standard fork of GS1000 has a very bad motion.

shock mount was designed so that hind height might go up by 25mm, and it welded a new attachment boss. It is for raising cornering performance. Since very prudent adjustment is required for these reconstruction, we recommend you the thing with knowledge requested professionally. However, I designed by myself and performed.
