هذا اللحن الشرقي الأصيل يترك في النفس حنيناً لأنين الناي، حنين اعتاده فادي منذ صغره حتى أتقن النفخ والعزف.
This original oriental melody ever heals yearnings toward the passion of the Nay. Since childhood, Fadi grew up rearing his passion by continuous learning and practice.

لكن هذا الإتقان لم يقف عند هذا الحد، فقد جمع فادي بين التكنولوجيا والموسيقى العربية في خطوة تعد الأولى من نوعها.
Moreover, Fadi did not stop to this limit; he joint technology and Arabian music in an initiative considered the first of its kind

Fadi:
أتمتة التدوين الموسيقي لآلات النفخ العربية، يعني ببساطة- أن يؤدي العازف مقطوعة على آلة النفخ العربية سواء كانت ناي أم شبابة أم غيرها، ثم يدخل عزفه على الكومبيوتر لتتم المعالجة ويكون المخرج النهائي هو التدوين الموسيقي لما قام العازف بأدائه.
In simple words, Automatic Music Transcription of Arabian music means that the player performs a melody on his Arabian woodwind instrument, such as Nay and Shabbaba, and then the melody is inputted to the computer for processing. And the final output is the musical score of performed melody.

هذا المشروع الذي يأتي لخدمة عازفي الموسيقى العربية بالتدوين والتحليل تكنولوجياً يوفر عليهم الوقت والجهد، هذا في الوقت الذي لا تتوفر فيه أية تكنولوجيا تخدم الموسيقى العربية بالذات نظراً لخصائصها المختلفة عن الموسيقى الغربية.
This project, which comes to serve Arabian music instrumentalists by technological analysis and transcription, save them time and effort. This is at a time when there isnt any technological product serves Arabian music in particular; due to different features it has when compared to occidental music.

Fadi:

خصائص الموسيقى الغربية تختلف عن خصائص الموسيقى العربية. هذا يحجم دور البرمجيات الموسيقية الغربية عند استخدامها لخدمة الموسيقى العربية. وبالتالي يكون أداء الموزع الموسيقي العربي والمؤلف وحتى العازف منقوصاً لأنه يستخدم أجهزة لا توفر كل ما يريد.
من هنا تأتي فكرة المشروع، فنحن نوسع المجال التكنولوجي للموسيقى العربية، بحيث تخدمها التكنولوجيا ولا تقيدها.
Arabian music features are different from the occidentals. This limits the efficiency of western musical products when used to serve Arabian music. Consequently, the performance of Arab arrangers, composers and even instrumentalists is incomplete because they use the devices do not provide all what they need.

في الوقت الذي يتجه فيه الشباب العربي نحو ما بهت من الثقافة الغربية، يتجه فادي نحو ناياته باحثاً وعازفاً متأصلاً بإرثه الموسيقي الشرقي. وهذا في وقت يعز فيه الدعم لمثل هذه المشاريع.

While Arabian youth rush toward the shallow side of occidental music, the original oriental performer and researcher, Fadi, heads toward his Nay set despite lack of sponsorship to such projects.
