in mexico yes hes considered mexican that i agree with you but if you take the way americans of mexican descent use their national identity as a mexican he would not be considered a mexican

hes mexican. u have to be born in mexico to play for mexico.
same with every other country. if ur british white but born in nigeria. ur considered nigerian.
so mexicans born in the us are american. with mexican heritage.

castro isnt mexican? i know lots of spanish and latinon people named romel. and u have to be born in the country that u play for... therefore he is mexican.
