I absolutely love the show! Being in middle school, it's difficult to stay healthy and all into raw/vegan foods, and your show really inspires me!
Just one question, sure you've been asked this:
Aren't you guys raw vegans? What about the honey?
The recipe looks amazing! Looking to buy a Blendtec soon.

It's December so it gets darker earlier. You can still see some light in the sky through the trees which suggests to me it's around 4-5pm.

thats very self empowering. i am always touched by your honesty and simplisity in life.
I have to hold back tears when watching sometimes.
I have heavy metal poisening and poor short term memory i call it a very heavy head. my son has autism as i probably did after my enoculations. i need to know how to detox.
but at least i have meditation and am spiritually minded.
I love the mystery of god , love life and wish deeply for a better world.

Haha, it is a muscle and fat building recipe. Insulin from sugar, mixed with fats, and then of course complete protein - more insulin response, fat gets stored away! But he did add cinnamon which would lower the insulin levels. Still, I notice I tend to put on fat when I eat fruits with fat, unless it is a green smoothie with cinnamon in it, + fats afterwards
