  • Very nice video. You're really good!!

  • @shadoku123 hmm...i don't think it's too hard, but i'm not all that great at it. i know what key each note is supposed to represent and i can get the timing right if i use a metronome. i haven't really learned a full song without hearing what it's supposed to sound like over and over, though, so i haven't really mastered all the note lengths yet. if you know what it's supposed to sound like, and you learn what the sheet music means, it's not that bad.

  • @tolu9 one last question is learnin to read the sheet music hard cuz it kinda confuses me lol im not askin you to do a demonstration or show me on youtube or anything like that just askin thx btw

  • @tolu9 ok thats cool cuz i dont know how to read sheet music but i know the keys on the key board lol we should be piano buddies lol jk

  • @shadoku123 so it was kind of a combination of both. i feel like all i got out of the keyboard class was how to read sheet music, but the techniques and focus and everything else just came out of practicing with songs that i really liked.

    thanks for watching!

  • @shadoku123 haha cool that we have the same keyboard. i took a "technology assisted music" class (aka a bunch of keyboards in a classroom) for a few weeks in 6th grade. meanwhile i had been fiddling around with a 16-key toy keyboard i had when i was much younger. so i basically gained interest in it on my own, but the music class is where i learned to read sheet music. i got the keyboard in the summer between 6th and 7th grade and got to practice a lot with the sheet music that came with it.
