The lyrics are slightly misleading in the beginning what he's saying is more like:

Half the lyrics could be considered unfit for a young audience, the other half seem like the song is supposed to have a deeper meaning. Cuppled with Gackt's infamous dancing, I don't really know what to think of this song... XD

The ridiculous dance is to off set that amazingly sexy, deep voice. If he dressed cutely and just stared at the camera while singing, ERs everywhere would have been filled with swooning girls.
