Berlin Holocaust Memorial; Their Memory

The Berlin Holocaust memorial, designed by architect Peter Eisenman, opened on May 10 2005. It is dedicated to the Jewish victims of the National Socialist reign of terror. Its location in the heart of Berlin 's newly created parliament and government district signifies a declaration of historical responsibility.

Interesting work, just come back from Berlin, i wonder if that artist intends to do a sculpture to the women, chilrdren & elderly is the war in gaza 2009, when it became a virtual concentration camp, no one allowed out ! The Irony ..
