Because small things are not as good or large as large things, the new 2011 Audi A8 is longer, wider and taller than the 2004-'10 model. And not coincidentally, it's also a little bigger than the standard-wheelbase versions of the BMW 7 Series and Lexus LS. Plus it's not much smaller than the long-wheelbase luxo-barges. Plus it'll roll on wheels up to 21 inches across.

@proxima they don't run in the same league in prestige but they are equal in car luxury and performance.  a car is a car. a same equipped lexus is just as good as a same equipped german make but with better reliability

@proxima So true. I was always a big fan of Lexus/Toyota but after sitting in the LS at the 2011 NYC Auto Show, I was very surprised at how small every thing was compared to the cars you mentioned. The LS should of been an ES and for LS they really could of made it feel bigger and wider inside. Just not it.

@proxima lol u obviously havent drive or ride an LS. before the 2007 S-class, LS was the most comfortable sedan in the market. Fuckin poor people like u dun know what the fuck ur talkin bout. go drive ur cherry.
