@SimplyUnDeadCookie Rip is fast. How bout this.. This is more realistic in todays sport. Most NBA players/NFL/ etc.. are no match for long distance runners. One mile can be a long distance run for a 3rd grader. And it is like the start of long distance if you will. In track & field anything under a mile is left for sprinters. I think Lebron should be in the NFL & not the NBA personally. Too easy for him. And jumping higher than 10 feet is no big deal at all for an average 5' 9 to 11" male. Easy.

Then again. Idk. It is possible. In that case, for his hight, he should have the world record, which is well under 4:00. If I race him, I can still beat a 4:21 which is fast as hell btw. But I'll look like I'm flying, and he wont.
I'm about 5' 11" and I still would've blocked the shit out of that. lol.

Good dunk though. I'm just saying. #7 had no chance. But 31 just gave up like a pussy. He was coming from the angle that if he ran a little harder and jumped like if he was gonna pass through lebrons back, he could've swapped it with his right hand pretty easy cause james left it pretty open to swap. That's all. If you or anybody else can't see that.. then I'm sorry. Idk what else to tell you.

I'm a runner. NBA players are no match for runners. Lebron can't run a mile in less than 4:40. I can. ;) He can probably run at that pace for like 65 seconds or so. Which is only 400 meters. Then he dies.
