gotta work on front double bicep. And i need to thickin MY FRIGGIN BACK!!! ERRRRR gunna hurt me in the comp. Gotta get the right lat out on my front double bi. Any other suggestions?

  • my only criticism: you're too far from the camera! the part of your body you're showing is only about 1/4 the height of the window. stand closer to show off that awesome body!

  • good shape buddy! but a few things to work on. 1, your moving way to much between poses, make your transitons smoother. 2, have your biceps sit higher on your double biceps pose 3, try to control your breathing better. 4, stop looking at your feet everytime you set up for a pose, keep constant eye contact with the croud and judges as much as you can. make them feel that you have the upmost confidence. other than that your ready to go my man. good luck and train hard.

  • I've heard that doing squat and deadlifts for legs will help you build mass for the rest of the body too.

  • how much do you weigh here? and your show weight?
