that you stab a victim in the back/belly really hard and slowly put in the ground,

when you stop running but keep waking ,altair will do a little walking even after releasing r1,when doing that next to a victim repress r1 and x and tádáá!

@Domenicomn It sounds like you're referring to the "last minute" running assassinations. They're two alternate animations (front and back) that you get when running if you attack at the last moment before bumping into the victim. Both are demonstrated in my video "Eleven Man Blitz 2.0". See Garnier de Naplouse and Talal assassinations.

I never tried briefly walking near the victim as you describe. That might be a more reliable way to trigger the special animations.
