Ruprecht Polenz, a senior CDU Member of the Bundestag, is one of the most powerful German voices on his country's foreign policy and national security policy issues. He has been focused on what is real, what is not, and what policy contours America and Europe should take towards Iran for some time. In addition, his Foreign Affairs Committee determines, with the government and the full Bundestag, whether or not German forces will be deployed, so he is keenly interested in NATO operations in Kosovo and Afghanistan and will speak to these topics in his remarks.
Why must Iran comply with the UN when powerful nations do not? Why does the US and its chosen few have the right to a monopoly on these WMD? Iran has every right to have them, but truth be told, the US-UK axis of state-sponsored terrorism objects because if every little nation gets ahold of such weaponry, it then becomes very difficult for the US-UK axis to resort to military action. Neither has any interest in a world order in which military force becomes operational only as a last resort.

Iran stoped the program by free will as they hoped to open a dialog between Iran and US. But lack of logical thinking from Bush administration and blaiming Iran at the same time gave the conservatives in Iran a better position. France is playing on fractions between persians and arabs. It will not force Iran to obey. Remember Iran have managed even worth fractons-time and isolation-time in 8-years war between Iran and Irak. Dictating and fraction will not.
