The ease of adding some serious nutrients to a nearly completed heat-up (not quite a sautee, I am on very low heat, using very little fat). The idea is to have vegan food be as easy AND NURTURING as making things like pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. Gotta start somewhere!

Ingredients: Step One: Wipe pan with Sesame Oil (Spectrum brand), thinly sliced organic sprouted extra firm tofu (Wildwood brand), Organic bulk sesames from Whole Foods; Step Two: Organic yellow onion, Organic purple Gilroy garlic (pearly!); Step Three: After tofu browns on one side, flip and add Mirin & Ponzu (Eden brand); Step Four: rinse Kale add to dish to steam and warm kale (the water from rinsing is enough for steaming it).

The above example is enough for one person. Multiple amount times eaters.

  • I think I have the other steps on video, too. This was done with SUPER fresh tofu and hardly any fat. That I can tell you. I didn't get much into spices as I was interested in keeping it super simple. But, I have been playing more with spices since we talked about. Cumin, nutmeg and white pepper.

  • @blissbefood oh .. right .. so the other steps were hidden in the text. I thought you were messin' with my brain!
