when you cooked the goat did you cook it with seasons? or just let it boil with water. I hope and pray that you do more video's I've been tryna learn about these soups and fu fu and making the pepper sauce to go with it. Thanks great video plz do more..

Please my laptop is not working fine,can you please explain to me how to add the vegetable to the already cooked meat? cos am from benin and i have been wanting to taste this soup,i even wanted my calabar housemaid to help out but she was not gud at making it.

I don't think Palm Oil is good for you. Maybe there is a substitute.
