yeah im finally in level 2

Right iv been doing this for a month now and few tips for people. One try to not tense your neck as much, it wont ake as bad. Second you have to do it every other day. To fit in better with me week i do it mon, web fri sun. My abs are a lot stronger from doing this. Im currently on the next level up but after doing these for a good while i have a good outline appearing. It is hard at the start but things that make me do it are. 1 Its only 8 min long, and 2 more i do it the easier it is :)
