This is a video of my father after having his quadruple bypass surgery following his heart attack in 1997.
He used to smoke Pall Mall cigarettes. Two packs a day.

He died of cancer 11 months later back in '97.

The surgeons found out 8 months later that they caused cancer that was hidden behind his breastbone to spread throughout his body. He died 10 months after the heart surgery of cancer.

And my father dont recover from anesthesia easily. He is sleep for 25 hour! My father is 60 years old. That men 75-80 years old. I dont know. But Turkish hospitals dont undevoloped. This surgerys is very difficult.

My father was 73 years old and quickly recovered from the quadruple by-pass surgery. In fact they had him up and walking about 24 hours after the surgery.

Had a quad. There were some complications but 4 months later I am running 2 miles and feeling pretty good.

My dad is going to have a quad bypass soon. :(

Pretty scared considering im only 15. But i hope al goes well.

@tesla121 I am so terribly sorry. He seemed like a beautiful, and wonderful man. May the lord take him to a better place. I know he is. I see his teddy bear.. My step dad had a big red heart with him during is quad by pass...
