The problem with college is that it's a system (a process), and systems often hamper creativity and innovation. When you follow the system, you usually get what it gives everyone. Meaning, if you get a bachelors, you'll find a decent job, make 50K per year and be happy. But to achieve greatness and accomplish exceptionl things, you can't get wrapped up in systems. College isn't for everyone.

I love this video.
It shows that anyone can make it in our world, if they simply work hard and strive to succeed.
Just because someone drops out of school does not mean that they will fail in life!
All you have to do is WORK HARD!
Hard work always pays off in the end (plus it's satisfying).
That's what my grandfather always says.

the fact is this, dropout people in average make more money than none-dropout, but dropout doesnt mean that youll be rich
Most of the times they left school cause they have too much projects and studies will not help get that project completed.
80% of the money is owned by 20% of the population ;)

Specifically, Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard University.
Still, that is completely correct.

This is a great video for people who believe in themselves but did not complete their education due to financial or extenuating circumstances. It goes to prove, you can do anything and you shouldn't fit into a mold of "requirements". I dropped out of college and make over $100,000 a year as a sales director. So college isn't for everyone.

Believe in yourself and go for it. Do not hold back. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all.
