There's never been a game like Sega Saturn's Nights, never been a game that allowed you to fly fluid and free, in real time 3d. Never, not anywhere. But specially not on that other system, simply because with only one processor it doesn't have the power to do it. Fly Plaything, fly! You're not ready.

  • SEGA Saturn the best!!!

  • @SegaFanatic5188 There was only one game from Saturn as I know that require MPEG card to decode the in game MPEG cinema. Other than that, Sega SAturn's fmv is worse compared to PS1's. Who am I? I am the owner of 4 ps1 and 3 Saturns. google photobucket account with my screen name to seee my vg collection.

  • Wow these people are really desperate for attention

  • @praystation I wouldn't say it's worse really. Without the MPEG card Saturn uses software decoding, so the quality really depends on the code and compression. Lunar on the Saturn (the non MPEG version) still has smoother looking FMVs even if they have a bit more compression artifacts.

  • There is an MPEG card though that allows for MPEG videos. PS1 only has M-JPEG, there is a difference, MPEG is a bit cleaner and smoother.

  • does it really matter? Sony sucks anyway!!!

  • Maybe the DS could run this game, but it's a shame Nintendo release the DS ten years after the Saturn...

  • Burning Ranger had them because the people who made it had to write their own code and programming for that-the Saturn hardware did not do that, heck the Saturn didnt even have a MPEG codec built in hence why so many FMVs looked like crap on it. Saturn games can look great if a good developer knew how to tame the beast in it though....

  • Burning Rangers used transparencies.

  • not true this game could run on a friggin nintendo ds. Just very innovative design of play...that's all. Saturn didnt even support transpariencies
