If you think warming up is not necessary, you are probably not exercising intense enough to warrant it.
This means your training is NOT as good as it should be.
Dynamic flexibility stretches muscles by repeating a full range of motion.
Swing your legs with your palms flat on the floor out to the side. You may feel a stretch in your glutes, low back, and chest.
You may not feel any muscles stretching but it is good to get your muscles ready for more intense activities such as resistance training, sprinting, or any physical activity.
