Mahalo! Chris Isaak has plagiarized Harry Owen's song to death! He co-wrote it with Bing Crosby in 1937 (Harry Owens was a well-known composer/bandleader...The Royal Hawaiian Band, I think...in the '30s and '40s and composed some of the most memorable popular songs in the Islands of the era.) Here is his original composition:
