Truly one of the most beautiful moments I have seen in music. I neither speak nor understand the Swedish language, but with performances like this it makes no difference, subtitles or not. It is all in the majesty of the music and the beauty of the performance. Bravo.

@danmanviolinist97 Well actually hate is a strong word. I really don't hate much at all. And I do value your right to feel what you feel when listening to such a powerful song. The thing is that I was kinda fed up with reading comments about how good this song was to believers. It's an emotional song for all empathical beings.
Peace and Love <3

@mrbullseye You are right in saying that this song is not about praising "him". However, I have a response to your post.
First - having such strong feelings about this song becoming "an anthem for religious people" is interesting - another person in your shoes could easily say "whatever".
Second - Personally, even though I recognize that this song does not praise God, it is very emotional to me because it is a reminder to me that an awareness of God is central to our very being.

The swedish version is so much better than the english version. This one has power! feelings that the english version can't really give to the listerners

Jag älskar Helen Sjöholm men den låten slår alla rekord!!!
Although I love the English version as well, now listening to the Swedish version I vastly prefer the lyrics in this. Her inner turmoil and doubts of her own faith are much more emphasized here.
