row 170lbs x 7 (42 sec.) overhead press 85 lbs. x 5 (52 sec.) pulldown 110 lbs. x 4 (62 sec.) dip body + 20 lbs. x 3 (28 sec) squat 265 lbs. x 6 (37 sec)

I think I may have to lighten all the weights to get to the appropriate TUL range of 60-90 seconds. My rep speed on the squat was much faster than my first workout, I think this is due to focusing to much on more weight and more reps rather than proper performance and properly inroading the musculature. These videos are going to be helpful in that regard, Im going to let my performance determine when to add weight. Also I need to develop the mental side of traing much more, I have a lot going through my mind as I am working out. I need to focus on staying focused. Next week I think I will lighten the load on the row, squat and dip and keep the weight the same on the overhead press and pulldown. I may need to perform a chest press rather than the dip, it looks as though I may not be strong enough after the overhead press to perform dips properly. I'll give the dip one more week.
