@bck2basics i have the same problem as megan and it says i have to reboot it & its not saying install i downloaded it with an old version of internet explorer

@meghan1250 It dependes with what browser you downloaded it with. Normally is in my documents/downloads or downloads under "User Name" It depends on what OS you have. Also the browser should have a download history. Hope it helps.
