I re listened to this video a few times to transcribe the recommendations:
For Yeast Overgrowth/Candida: -- Diflucan (which is a brand name of Fluconazole) -- Anti-Yeast (a herbal mix of anti-yeast items, more research here would find alternatives to this) -- Probiotics (the video recommends Activia etc)
Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth: -- Rifaximin -- Armor Thyroid (for an underactive thyroid)

the medication difulcan how do you obtain it when doctors don't believe in the candida infection. Is this a medication over the counter if not how can you obtain it?

it's kind of sad.. I asked my GI doctor for the hydrogen breath test and we can't find it here in salt lake city :P anyone know where I could go to get tested? I have super bad anxiety/spastic colon.
