I just started a raw food diet and juicing. I am doing a juice fast soon and had some questions. I wanted to juice all my produce and store the juice in mason jars and keep it in the refridgerator for a few days so that when I'm hungry I can just grab a juice. So my question is will the juice be completley dead or will it still have the nutrients I need? I plan on doing enough juice for two days at a time is that ok?

When i have no food, i fast. So instead of calling it hunger or starvation. I call it simply fasting. But i wouldn't fast more than a day. Your system should have enough rest during sleep which is WHYpeople should NOT eat before going to bed. Fast a few hours before sleeping.
