In my opinion, this was Dr. King's BEST speech...it is so profound, almost a foreshadowing of the events of the next day.

I've always wondered why this speech was not in its entirety on video like his 'I Have a Dream' speech - Seems there are only excerpts of this speech (Mountaintop) but as good as it is, it should definitely be in its entirety!

Unfortunately, video of the entire speech does not exist (probably due to film costs at the time, it was originally recorded by a small, local television affiliate.) When we assembled this speech for Great Speeches Volume 6 we exhausted every available avenue to obtain as much of the original footage as possible.
