Your break down of all the issues we face as smokers is helping me to quit.

I fell off the wagon today after a week because I met a friend who I have been accustomed to smoking with in the past, but I know if I try and verbalize my feelings to my friend and distance myself from smoking, I can meet him and stop smoking.

I wanted to ask if these effects of nicotine you discuss here also apply to marijuana. Thanks

the best way not to get addicted is not making it public that you're a smoker. when i lived with my family i would smoke 1 cigarette per day max. now i live alone, and only smoke at home, but i'm only at home and awake a few hours a day. and i don't feel the need for a cigarette during the day, i don't even think of it when i'm out.

Ninety Nine percent of these comments are simply stupid. This video is titled Why do smokers smoke? The video does a brilliant job of explaining the associative addictions that smokers have. He never once tells you to quit...or even says that smoking is bad...he simply tells you (duh) Why Smokers Smoke.
