  • beautiful guitar good on u 4 playing prog metal i am onto tool isis and apc they r all using les pauls they r the best guitars 4 this style of music..the only thing i would consider is what adam jones from tool does he loves the duncan pups a jb in the bridge and tony iomi in the neck but messing with a beautiful guitar like that ,,,

  • @cam01235 yeah im not into tool at all, and swapping out for seymour duncans is pretty popular. these '57 Classics are pretty awesome. however, if i were to swap these out it would either be for some knucklebones or seymour blackouts and jazz. thats waht the JB stands for i think, JAZZ BRIDGE.

  • actually the traditional isn't chambered

  • @rockrocktillyoudrop i believe i said that allready. its got weight relief but not chambered, there is a huge difference between the two. look it up on gibson.com

  • thats a beautiful Paul bitch......congrats....

  • @mrepicguy12 so youd tell me that an 8 string extended scale guitar that is desinged for metal players isnt a "metal guitar"? or a Jackson Rhoads isnt a "Metal guitar"? you cant get a clean tone out of it and its built to play just metal and to get a metal sound. you also have guitars that dont deliver a good overdriven tone. dont worry youre only 11, you'll learn.

  • @johnathonkuhn right so JB is jazz bridge interesting i always saw it as very good rock PUP it is interesting how they produce such good tone in heavier environments, i agree with u though it would b hard to replace those '57s must sound awesome

  • @4937645 thanks man.

  • @johnathonkuhn That's cool man. I figured that heavy metal cats would lean toward the new LP standard because the mags are stronger. Just thinking about for a minute, the traditional was modeled after the 80's and early 90's Les pauls. And the music back then was obviously metal.. Keep rock in man, it's a beautiful guitar....

  • @4937645 i play alot of progressive metal where the neck pickup works and sounds great for fingerpicking and soloing. since making this video i have changed some of my amp settings and it sounds unique for metal.
