@dustYCartridge If I recall correctly, the Power Pad was available as a separate peripheral for a short while for folks who already had an NES. I don't think it sold very well, though, so it was soon only available as a pack-in for much of the rest of its life.
I actually played the track and field game a long time ago. This game definitely paved the way for DDR, which is still an awesome game.

i have this and its really awsome but what if you already had an nes like the action set? then you cant get a power pad?
