In 1990, the Wanganui Collegiate First XV achieved what many believed to be an impossible task - to win the Quadrangular Tournament against three stronger teams, after a less than spectacular regular season. Here is a trailer compiled from raw footage gathered from Nick Piper's (formerly Eynon) personal collection. Was it put in at the end because it was the Headmasters favourite song in chapel?????
The headmaster was Ian McKinnon (aka "Ronnie" - as he looked like Ronnie Corbett from the comedy show the "two Ronnies")
Anything but a funny headmaster.
He has had a massive influence on my life and I rate him probably the best teacher i have met. I respect him still enormously....

Thanks. There are two music tracks used here. The first is from the movie '300' soundtrack. It is a track by Tyler Bates called 'Returns A King' - the second is the main theme music from the film 'Requiem For A Dream'.
