The autism epidemic cannot be explained by the theory of a broadened definition because the definition has hardly changed since 1943 and that theory does not fit the data one hand since 1980 and especially since 1992. Theories of better awareness and diagnosis are valid but show why the diagnostic substitution theory must be false. Also, if the diagnosis is being improved by better information about autism, the upsurge in diagnoses must be regarded as real, especially for severe cases. The claim that the whole epidemic is owed to genetics fails. We must take toxins, disease agents and their interactions into account. None of the competing theories can explain the epidemic away. It is real as are a number of related epidemics.
So you have no science credentials at all, you are an anti vaccine whack, you are a creationist and you defend a discredited doctor with no ethics: Andrew Wakefield, whose license got revoked, "known for his fraudulent claims of a causative connection between the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine, autism and autistic enterocolitis"
You sir have no credit in any way in any field, maybe except linguistics, which is the degree you hold. But knowing that you are crazy, I'd even doubt that.

Why are you making comments about creationalism... what expertise did sign lanuage give you about evolution... congratulations on giving bible toting nutbags a professor to claim theres a debate.... the same people who would claim that autism was possession by a demon and requires an exorcism or some BS like that
