you use way too much power in your prep and it throws your jump off. Slow it down some and take your time I'm sure it will clean itself up after that

You just need more leg strength and flexibility. To do a good jump, you should be able to leg press double-triple your body weight and be able to do all your splits.

you're right. only the leg that is supposed to be bent. and the arm too. but the other arm and leg need to be tight. treat jumps like motions. hit them, clean. and make your clap sharper. keeps your elbows tight to your side, and make a sound when you clap.
